FAQ
How do I prepare for my appointment?
To get the most from your treatment, please pause any physical or chemical exfoliation for 3 days beforehand — this includes waxing, threading, retinoids, and AHA/BHA products. Wear something comfortable; product will be applied to your face and décolletage during your service.
Are there any contraindications I should know about?
Please review the list for your scheduled service. If anything applies to you, reach out before your appointment so we can find the right path forward.

How do I care for my skin after treatment?
Your skin has just been tended to — give it a little grace as it settles in.
For at least 3 days following your service:
Apply SPF 30+ daily
Avoid AHAs, BHAs, and retinoids
Avoid waxing, threading, and harsh physical exfoliation
Use your take-home samples as directed, stay hydrated, rest well, and lean into nourishing habits. Your skin is listening.

What are the location requirements for mobile appointments?
To ensure a safe, sanitary, and comfortable experience, please have the following ready before I arrive:
Parking & load-in — Parking nearby with clear access for equipment. Please give advance notice if stairs are involved.
Private space — A clean, private room with enough clearance for a massage table, stool, and room to move freely.
Running water — Sink access for handwashing and sanitation.
Work surface — A cleared surface of approximately 10 square feet for tools and products.
Electrical access — At least one standard 120V outlet near the service area.
If these requirements can't be met at the time of your appointment, the service may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee may apply.
What is the travel fee policy?
Mobile appointments are available within a 15-mile radius of zip code 60546 at no additional charge. For locations beyond 15 miles, appointments are confirmed individually and a travel fee will be applied based on round-trip distance.
If paid parking is required at your location, a parking fee may be added at the conclusion of your service. Travel and parking fees are non-refundable in the event of a same-day cancellation.
What are the risks of treatment??
Facial treatments are elective cosmetic procedures; no medical claims are expressed or implied. Temporary side effects — including redness, tightness, stinging, irritation, or mild swelling — may occur and typically resolve within 72 hours depending on individual skin sensitivity. While rare, adverse reactions can occur, and results are not guaranteed.
If you have known ingredient allergies, please disclose them prior to your appointment. In the event of a severe allergic reaction, contact emergency services and consult your primary care physician.
Skipping SPF after treatment increases susceptibility to sunburn, hyperpigmentation, and skin damage. Limit sun exposure — especially between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. — for at least 3 days post-treatment.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes.
Cancellations under 24 hours — Loss of one package session or 50% of the total service cost
No-shows — Loss of one package session or 100% of the total service cost
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late — May be treated as a no-show and charged accordingly
